- Invoices will be sent out once a month. Payments can be made by cash, cheques or e-transfers.
- Cheques are payable to: ACTIVATE Home Health, 2455 Mowat Street, Victoria, B.C., V8R 5T1.
- We are able to bill extended health benefits directly. This includes VAC, ICBC, Pacific Blue Cross, Green Shield, Sunlife.etc.
